Nick Falcone - Managing Principal
Nicholas Falcone founded NDM Hospitality Services LLC in 2011 with the vision of becoming a multi-faceted hospitality conglomerate. Since that time, Nick, his brothers, and the NDM team have led the charge into the F&B and vacation rental business. His goal is to establish NDM as an industry leader in the hospitality field. Teamed up with our parent real estate company, Falcone realizes there are many opportunities to control content in the mixed-used developments all over the country.
Nicholas holds a bachelor of science degree in Economics & Sociology with a minor in business from Florida State University. Prior to founding NDM, Nicholas focussed on establishing his knowledge base within the hospitality industry by holding management positions in multiple F&B establishments. In 2010, after graduating from Florida State, he participated in an Owner/Operator training program for an established full-service restaurant chain in South Florida. Simultaneously, Nicholas was searching for the most optimal F&B franchise to invest in and examined approximately 20 companies before executing a territorial deal with the fast-casual restaurant chain BurgerFi.
NDM stands for Nicholas, Daniel, and Matthew. When Nicholas founded the company in 2011, he set his sights on quickly turning it into a family business. He recruited Dan and Matt to come on and be his partners in the business. Today, all three brothers stand on top of the Executive team and have an incredible bond for collaboration and challenging each other to be great. Together, all three brothers are setting their sites on dominating the industry in the years to come.
Dan Falcone - Managing Principal
Daniel Falcone co-founded NDM Hospitality Services with his brothers in 2012. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Florida State University. While at Florida State learning about finance, he had aspirations of using his knowledge in the hospitality industry. When graduating from college he joined his brother Nick to research upcoming quick service food franchises in the industry. They discovered BurgerFi and became a franchise in 2012. Dan helped open their first BurgerFi location in Fort Lauderdale on Sunrise Blvd. Since then he has opened three other locations in Broward County and Miami Dade.
Matt Falcone - Managing Principal
Matthew Falcone is an owner/managing partner in NDM Hospitality Services LLC. Matthew started off his hospitality career by doing a management training program with NDM through their BurgerFi’s in 2012. Simultaneously, Matt attended Florida State University where he received a bachelors of science degree from the Dedman School of Hospitality. Matt’s goal was to join his brothers in establishing NDM Hospitality as an industry leader. Upon graduation, Matt took over as General Manager in NDM Hospitality’s BurgerFi location in Coral Gables, Florida. He led the Coral Gables store throughout the construction & training process and managed everything that led up to opening the doors for business. Matt operated this location from when it opened in March of 2014 through July of 2015. Matthew then went on to achieve his goal of becoming an owner in NDM Hospitality Services LLC in September of 2015. Matthew aspires to keep a great team bond between him and his brothers and to bring the company to a whole new level. NDM is setting the bar high and wants to eventually be at the top of the hospitality industry!

Laurie Stahl - Director of Human Resources
Laurie joined the NDM Hospitality team in August of 2016. She has over 15 years of HR experience working in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and hospitality. Her responsibilities include recruitment & staffing, analyzing and resolving HR employee-related claims, payroll, benefits, employee development, performance and compensations issues. Prior to joining NDM Hospitality, Laurie recruited for Hilton Worldwide Corporate offices, specializing in F & B positions, prior to that she was the Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center-Marriott.
Laurie is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management and of other prominent HR organizations both on the national and local level. Her commitment to NDM Hospitality is to continue to hire highly qualified candidates to grow within the organization.

Thomas Pagnotta - Director of Purchasing
Thomas Pagnotta has been a member of NDM Hospitality since May 2012. He became a team member at NDM Hospitality’s first venture, Sunrise Boulevard BurgerFi. Since that time Thomas has continued to excel and grow in the NDM Hospitality system. Thomas eventually grew into the General Manager position at the 17th Street BurgerFi. Thomas then re-located to Kissimmee May of 2016 and joined the LRR at Encore Reunion team. Thomas held the position of Rental Operations Manager for LRR at Encore Reunion. He is currently the Director of Purchasing for Encore.

Todd Schefstad - Revenue Analyst
Todd leads the user experience of RENTYL analytics team-advising on all aspects of the departmental inquiries.
He has designed multiple analytical property management systems, auditing processes, and inventory standards for a wide variety of resorts ranging from 100 room hotel to over 25,000+ room resort corporations.
Todd has 30 years’ experience in strategic planning, technological, statistical, procedural, and hospitality experience.
He spends his off time with his wife and two sons enjoying Florida’s nature, playing softball, and photography.

Tyler Phillips - Director of Channel Management
Tyler Phillips earned his Bachelor of Science in both Operations Research and Economics from the University of Miami. Prior to joining Rentyl, Tyler consulted for multiple technology companies including a cybersecurity startup, a clean energy startup, and a major South Florida hospital network. Tyler’s projects focused on business development and system operational efficiency. As Rentyl’s Director of Channel Management, Tyler and his team’s core responsibilities include developing partnerships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and maximizing the rental business generated by these sales channels.

Brian James - Regional Director of Revenue
Brian James attended Fitchburg State College in western Massachusetts before transferring to Northeastern University and majoring in criminal justice. He has worked in the hospitality industry since moving over from his law enforcement career in 1998. In his 20 years of experience in hospitality he has worked in various aspects of the field, ranging from risk management, front office management and corporate offices. He has worked predominantly in the Time Share industry with over 15 years at Westgate, as well as Wyndam Resorts as well as with other property management companies.
